Mullica Township School District is a pre-kindergarten through eighth grade public school district located in Mullica Township, New Jersey. The student population is made up of approximately 750 students. The district’s educational model provides a rigorous academic curriculum, which focuses on providing a technologically advanced experience along with an abundance of extra-curricular programs to boost academics. Our programs are provided in a small family-like school community nestled within the pinelands of New Jersey. We strive to create an environment where parents and community stakeholders have a shared voice in the student’s learning. Some examples of this can be seen in our in School Community Garden, character education programs, and the recognition of volunteer firemen, police, and veterans from the community.
The educational model has been developed through the vision of the Board of Education under the leadership of Mr. Andrew Weber. The school district is proud to implement research-based practices in all subject areas as we focus on providing a superior educational experience which will become the foundation to future academic achievements for the students who pass through our doors.
With the goal of providing the most efficient, most effective instruction for ALL of our children, our unique approach incorporates the use of balanced literacy, a superior co-teaching model, and the integration of technology. The design provides meaningful individualized instruction which allows the district to address all learning levels.
However, a key factor in our success has been the exceptional personnel at Mullica Township School. Our administration, board of education members, instructional staff, and support staff are highly credentialed and tirelessly dedicated to our children’s success. The education of children is the singular vision that drives everyone.
At the end of the day, Mullica’s legacy of stellar academic success reflects our schools focus on its mission.
